She has developed and delivered strategic and operational plans for start-ups through to corporates, led large-scale change programmes and has experience of leading and motivating sales, operations and risk teams. She knows the importance of taking people with you and is used to managing complex senior stakeholders.
Hayley is passionate about supporting businesses to achieve their potential. Having worked as a business adviser and consultant for 10 years, she has a very clear and precise understanding of the challenges that businesses face with the ability to turn a problem into an opportunity.
